Meet our Doctor and Staff
Dr. Bria Spree
Dr. Bria Spree grew up in Cambridge, MN, where she was very active in athletics and community service organizations. Her family was healthcare-focused in their careers, and she became interested in chiropractic at the young age of fifteen after a pole-vaulting injury in high school. Chiropractic opened her eyes to a natural method of reaching optimal health without drugs or surgery. Chiropractic had saved her body and her future!
After high school, she continued her educational pursuits, and she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Concordia College, Moorhead. While attending Concordia, she had the privilege to study abroad in Segovia, Spain. After Dr. Spree completed her undergraduate degree, she started attending Northwestern College of Chiropractic and earned her chiropractic doctorate. Throughout her chiropractic training, she also studied Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Gonstead Technique, Detoxifications, stress reduction, pediatrics, and geriatrics. She was an active member of MaxLiving for 11 years and holds a certification in Spinal Correction and Nutrition as well. She is now with PX pediatric training.
While pursuing her doctorate in chiropractic, she had the honor of working with some of the leading minds in chiropractic across the United States. She also traveled to the Dominican Republic with ChiroMission to serve chiropractic care in a third-world country. She worked with ChiroMission as a 501c3 to continue the mission with chiropractic offices across the U.S.
When Dr. Spree is not in the office, her husband, Kyle, and their daughter, Isabel, enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, snowboarding, working out, and being outside, while their sweet, energetic dog, Riggs, joyfully tags along. They welcomed their second daughter, Maelynn, in April 2024 and are loving (almost) every moment of parenthood.
Dr. Spree understands having concerns about entrusting your health care needs, but she is certain that her attitude, strong work ethic, comprehensive educational background, and commitment to excellent care will ensure a smooth transition of your care. Her promise to you is that she will maintain the highest level of personal care and help you get your life back! Instead of putting a band-aid on your health, at St. Paul Chiropractic, your team will help you reach your goals and have a lifetime’s worth of health.
